This is going to be the world’s shortest book review. If you work with young people (and if not, why do you read this blog?) you should buy Emma Scrivener’s autobiographical account of how the grace of the gospel of Jesus Christ broke into her struggle with eating disorders. It’s called A New Name. Go buy it. Even if you don’t work with any young people who you know have eating disorders, it’s worth reading to see how Christ breaks in and transforms people’s hearts. Buy it.
