Cameron and the Christian

David Cameron claims we're a Christian country. There are two non-contradictory Christian thoughts about this that are worth taking note of.
First, Cameron has a point, this nation has had the immense privilege of being blessed by Godly people and so has grown remarkably. As Neil Powell states in the aforelinked post; a repost to the new atheism which wants to rewrite history by distorting the contribution of a thousand years of Christianity in our country.
Second, Cameron seems to have divorced Christian virtue from knowing Christ. As Dai Hankey tweets/147972222198366208 No Mr Cameron Britain doesn't need to return to Christian values - we need to turn back to Christ! We need a Redeemer, not a religion!
The way we'll see a return to Christian values is by proclaiming Jesus' good news to each other.
