One-to-One Advice
From Youthwork International, a very solid article by John Langford about how to do one-to-one work with young people. Lots of good practical advice and commendation to actually do some. (This is the same content his Grove Booklet about one to one work).
Also, does anyone have any idea why we write one-to-one work as one-to-one work, not one to one or something less typographically heavy?
(edited for typo's, thanks Andy)

Ta Andy, duly edited and noted, so you don't look silly for correcting something that is correct
